Our Mission

At Elite365 Sports, our mission is to develop elite athletes by providing top-tier training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth. We are committed to fostering discipline, confidence, and leadership both on and off the field. Through expert coaching, cutting-edge techniques, and a supportive community, we empower athletes to reach their full potential and excel in sports and life.

Our History

Elite365 Sports was founded with a mission to inspire and develop young athletes, giving them the tools to chase their dreams. In 2019, our founder, Ben Nicholas, was working as a youth care worker in a Florida residential program when he saw firsthand how sports could change lives. Many of the youth he mentored had dreams of playing in college but lacked guidance. Determined to help, he began training them daily, not only improving their skills but also instilling discipline, confidence, and purpose.

When the program closed, Mr. Nicholas saw the lasting impact of his training and launched Elite365 in 2020. Realizing the need for a strong foundation, he paused the program to further his education, gaining the knowledge to build something greater. In April 2024, Elite365 was rebranded as Elite365 Sports, stronger than ever.

Today, Elite365 Sports is more than just training—it’s mentorship, discipline, and a community that empowers young athletes to excel in sports and in life.

Meet Coach Nic

Benjamin "Coach Nic" Nicholas IV

Coach Nic’s journey is a testament to resilience & passion. A former college athlete at Edward Waters University, his playing career was cut short by an off-the-field injury. Faced with a life-changing setback, Coach Nic shifted his focus to becoming a devoted father and building a future that would inspire others.

He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in business at the University of Phoenix, Master’s degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University, and currently pursuing his doctoral degree in sports management (United States Sports Academy), combining his love for sports with a sharp understanding of leadership and strategy. Today, as a teacher and mentor, Coach Nic brings the same dedication he showed on the field to the classroom and beyond, shaping young minds and empowering the next generation of athletes.

Through Elite365, Coach Nic channels his passion for mentorship, athletics, and personal growth, helping athletes overcome obstacles, commit to the grind, and achieve their full potential—both on and off the field.

Gabrielle "Coach Gabby" Cadet

Originally from the vibrant city of Miami, Coach Gabby has proudly called Jacksonville home for more than 15 years. With over 9 years of dance experience, she brings unmatched energy, precision, and passion to every performance and practice.

Before stepping into the world of cheer, Coach Gabby spent four years as a dance and music instructor, where she cultivated young talent and helped students build a strong foundation in the arts.

For the past three years, she has served as the Head Coach and Program Director of the cheer team at IDEA River Bluff. Under her leadership, the team has been a force—undefeated and consistently placing 1st or 2nd in every competition they’ve entered.

Coach Gabby is known for her dedication to discipline, excellence, and team unity. Her drive and leadership make her a standout in the cheer community—and a powerful guiding force for Elite Blazing Heat.
